Jackson Kilgore (March 13, 2008) He was in the original 20th Helicopter Sq. (Pony Express) where he earned the DFC. He was stationed at Edwards, Ellsworth, Bergstrom, Donaldson and many other places. He retired at 20 years as MSgt. His friend.  (Jim Duffy)     

John Matthew "Slats" Slattery  (March 6, 2008)         

While he usually went by the nickname 'Slats'  I remember him sometimes being called 'Blades'.  Which ever, he was

definitely   'Mr. Helicopter',  or maybe more appropriately 'Colonel Helicopter'.   He will be missed.   (Lew Taylor)

Herbert R. Zehnder (March 4, 2008) (Col. Zehnder commanded the lead helicopter on the first non-stop crossing of the Atlantic by a helicopter/He was the co-pilot of Banana One which crash landed at Son Tay, Vietnam)
