20th SOS "Pony Express" (original group) Reunion

DATE: September 23rd through 26th, 2010 - We are planning on having a reunion of all members who belonged to the 20th SOS at Udorn RTAFB, Thailand. This includes those who were pilots, FE's or Crew Chiefs on the CH-3C/E's.

LOCATION: Groton, Connecticut at the Best Western Olympic Inn in Groton will be our headquarters during the reunion. We have arranged for a special rate of $89.95/nite for Thur-Fri, $109.95 for Sat nite and $89.95 for Sun nite. This includes a breakfast buffett each morning, and use of a hospitality room. Smoking & non-smoking rooms are available. You must call the hotel direct @ (860) 445-8000 and request the discount rate for the 20th Helicopter Squadron. When calling the hotel, ask for Lynette, as she handles the group discounts. You will need a credit card to confirm your reservation, but you will be able to cancel 24 hrs before arriving, if necessary.
