Allen J. Harden Funeral Home Guest Book Date: 6/28/2010, 4:49 pm, EDT Name: Shell Knox Chuck Lynn is a true "Road Warrior". He did not only ride in the Hoka Hey Challenge for himself. He rode with concern for all of the other riders around him, also. I want the family to know how much appreciation was felt by a lot of people watching this challenge that did not know Chuck in person. His spirit transcends the physical boundaries. My condolences to his family during this time of sorrow and loss. Date: 6/28/2010, 5:11 pm, EDT Name:Loki Rider I can only pray that Chuck's family find solace in knowing that Chuck was doing what he loved until the very end. Sincerely John, Jody and Debby Ingersoll Date: 6/28/2010, 9:19 pm, EDT Name: Richard Matuska I am very sorry for Chucks family and friends. I served with him in Korea 25 years ago will miss him greatly, Chuck was the type of person everybody enjoyed being around and looked up to. It was a pleasure to call him my "friend". My condolences. Date: 6/28/2010, 9:25 pm, EDT Name: Lisa Stegman Slavick Rocio, Ronnie, Bessie, Cathy and extended family.... I am so very sorry to hear about Chuck and you have my deepest sympathy. Chuck was a good man and a dear friend for many years. Growing up as teenagers ... Chuck, Jeff, Mark, Sharla and I had many laughs together and fun times. I didn't get to see him but once in our 'adult years' but we kept in touch via occasional emails and most recently Facebook. Not many people can say they have true blue friends but I was blessed in life to have Chuck, Jeff and Sharla. One thing that I know for sure...he loved his Rocio with all his heart, his family meant the world to him and he loved to ride! My last email from him was to thank me for supporting the Easter Seals on his behalf and his ride in honor of his Uncle. I will treasure the shirt that Rocio made for his trip as I appreciated him sending me one. May God Bless you all during this extremely difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you today and always. Mrs. Lisa Stegman Slavick, Hampton, Virginia Date: 6/28/2010, 9:46 pm, EDT Name: Toni Schultz My heart goes out to all of Chuck's family. I will pause for a moment of silence in Chuck's memory on Friday at 10AM. As a previous signer indicated we've read great stories about Chuck and his concern for others on The Hoka Hey site. It's not much solace now but how many people will be able to say "they died doing what they loved"? Date: 6/28/2010, 9:46 pm, EDT Name: Jim Burns Dear Lynn family. I am so sorry to hear of your loss.
