At Clark AB, PI, with the 605th TCS (5th TCG) with TDY's to Tan Son Nhut AB, VN. 

At Nakhon Phanom RTAFB, Thailand with Invert Control working with HH-43B's and CH-3C's.

1964 - 1966 At Dong Ha, VN.

1966 - 1967 At Indian Springs AFS, Nevada with UH-1's.

NKP was unique – small base with Combat Reporting Post (Radar Control mission) and Helicopter Rescue Detachment (CSAR mission). Authored the soon to be published book entitled "They Called It Naked Fanny": Helicopter Rescue Missions During the Early Years of the Vietnam War.

Indian Springs mission was in support of then-Atomic Energy Commission and underground nuclear testing.
