Richard Fonner

Richard served our country for over 30 years and served in the helicopter field from:

Helicopter Assignments;

09/1968 - 01/1969 at Sheppard AFB, TX. for Basic Helicopter School.

01/1969 - 05/1970 at Ellsworth AFB, SD. with the 28th OMS as a Helicopter Mechanic on the UH-1F's.

05/1070 - 07/1970 at Sheppard AFB, TX. as a student at the HH-43 School.

07/1970 - 07/1971 at Ubon RTAFB, Thailand with Det. 3, 3rd ARRGp as a Flight Mechanic on HH-43's (TDY to Det 9, NKP RTAFB 08 to 11/70).

08/1971 - 06/1972 at Grand Forks AFB, ND. with the 319th OMS as a Flight Line Supervisor on the UH-1F's.

These are only my assignments with helicopters. The remainder of my 30+ years in the USAF and ANG were in Aircraft Maintenance and later in Visual Communications.
