January 1961 - August 1963 at Hill AFB, UT. on H-21's.

September 1963 - January 1966 at Sembach AB, Germany with the 38th MMS as a H-19 Chew Cheif / Flight Engineer.

January 1966 - June 1967 at Davis Monthan AFB, AZ. (SAC) with the 4080th SRW / 100th SRW on the CH-3C Drone Recovery helicopters with TDY to Da Nang AB, RVN.
