1968 - 1969 at Nha Trang AB and Ban Me Thout AB, Vietnam with the 20th Helicopter Squadron / 20th SOS "Green Hornets".

1969 - 1970 at Sheppard AFB, TX.

All assignments were with UH-1F, or UH-1P models.
