Name: | Eloy Hernandez ehernandez454@yahoo.com | Entry: | I was known as Julio when I was stationed at Osan AB in South Korea with the 38th ARRS. I was the Intelligence Specialist for the unit at that time. It was in the 38th ARRS in 1980-81. I was wondering whatever happened to the unit and if they or another unit took over the duties of the old Jolly Greens. Also, what happened to the men or the unit. | Date: | June 15, 2009 21:54 | |

Name: | Gerry Hamm bdpopeye@yahoo.com | Entry: | Thanks for posting your Frequent Wind story. I was on board the USS Hancock at the time. I remember very well the USAF CH-53 landing on Hanna that fateful day. 29 April, 1975. I only wish there were more web pages dedicated to that day.
God bless you and all who have served our nation!
And may God bless America!

COMMENTS [ Posted by Webmaster, March 13, 2009 22:37 ] The holder of this patch states a Tech Rep gave it to him upon relating his experience to him. This is the only one of its kind as far as we know. Based on what you say it could well have handed out by Tech Reps. You might want to contact Sikorsky and see what they may know about it.
