My brother Paul B. Cartter was in the crash on Jan. 9, 1984. He survived, but lost his whole crew. He is now paraplegic and competes annually in the PVA Wheelchair Games..

     Paul (or as we called him) "2 T" and I were stationed together at the 20th SOS, Hurlburt Fld. I had been re-assigned prior to the accident. Got to see him at Hurlburt when the dedication for the Jan. 9, 1984 accident took place next to the UH-1P on display.
