First trained USAF ET's for "Combat Dawn" 1970-71, many missions having the "drone" returned successfully after capture. 1970 must have been a training time. Tail # 14 was the lowest in 71.

Great website.
USAF 1968-1972. I served on a Pedro crew (HH-43) at Craig AFB (closed) in 1970-72 after returning from Vietnam. I'm also trying to find my commander, Col. James Lamoreaux. Any information on him would be appreciated.

I am the grandson of Joe Barnes, Sr. He was a member of the USAF Air Sea Rescue. He served in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. I believe he retired in 1972/1973. He was listed as a FE on a couple of missions during the Vietnam War.
Joe passed away April 14th, 1981, in Goldsboro, NC.
